Shipping, Returns & Refunds

At beenie bee we are committed to offer you a reliable delivery experience, honoring our promise of time frame rules and providing high levels of responsiveness to you at all times. We offer Free Shipping for all of our products. All orders are shipped from our distributors via e-Packet, which is a US Postal Service product. 

 

Shipping & Processing Time

  • Your payment may take up to 48 hours to process. After your payment is processed, we will prepare your order to be shipped.
  • It will take 1-5 business days (M-F) for your order to be shipped. Tracking information is also accessible through your account, under Order History.
  • The shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our distributor to your address. After leaving the distributor, items usually take between 8 and 20 days to arrive at their destination, but it can take longer from time to time.
  • During the Holiday Season (Christmas, New Years, Chinese New Year), the Shipping & Processing Time may take longer than usual. 
  • If an item is backordered (temporarily out of stock), we will ship the product as soon as it becomes available. 

Returns

  • We offer 30-day satisfaction guaranteed policy. If there’s something wrong with the item you bought, or you don’t like it at all, you have up to 30 days to start the refund/return process, counting from the day you received the item in your destination.
  • If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Any item that is returned and received at beenie bee with more than 30 days after delivery is not subject to a refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • There are certain situations when only partial refunds are granted. Any item not in its original condition, which is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error will receive partial or no refund at all.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • For products that cost below USD 20.00, we will accept photos that clearly display manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship, or damages caused during shipping. We will analyze the photos and propose a solution for replacement of the item, or a partial or full refund of the order.
  • Please, do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All items must be returned directly to Beenie Bee LLC at 600 W Santa Ana Blvd Ste 114A PMB 430, Santa Ana, CA 92701.

  • All Sales items are final and non-returnable nor refundable items.

Sale Items

  • Sale items are clearly indicated on the product page or sale page before placing your order.
  • Words and signs that indicate that the item is on sale: On Sale, Sale, Non-Refundable, Reduced Price, Compare At, Was $(Price), a symbol that indicates that the product is on sale.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 
  • All sale items are final and not eligible for any type of refund, either partial or total.

Refunds

  • Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). 
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • For products that cost below USD 20.00, we will accept photos that clearly display manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship, or damages caused during shipping. We will analyze the photos and propose a solution for replacement of the item, or a partial or full refund of the order.
  • If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
  • Return credits are issued within 24 hours once the item is received and inspected. It can take up to 5 days for your bank to post your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Problems with refunds are very rare to happen once we have them approved.

The reasons that might slow down the process are usually internal analysis of each case at beenie bee, and the time your bank will take to make your refund available.

Here is how it works and what you can do in case of a Late or Missing Refund: 

  • Return credits are issued within 24 hours once the item is received and inspected. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please keep checking your bank account. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If 5 or more weekdays have passed since we've confirmed the posting of your refund, contact your bank. 
  • If your bank confirms that you have not received your refund yet, please contact us at beeniebee@beeniebee.com with the number of your order and the subject title "Refund Not Received For Order #XXXX".

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 3 (three) hours after being placed. After that, the shipping process may have been started, and you will be unable to proceed with the cancellation. To cancel your order and request a full refund, please reply to your "Order Confirmation Email" requesting the cancellation. If you are unable to cancel your order during this time frame, you will have to wait until the product is delivered and initiate the return & refund process.
